We are in San Vincenzo, on the Etruscan Coast

Stefania, a volcano of energy and a splendid smile, welcomes you to her residence with an exquisite welcome and with the aim of making your beach holidays on the Etruscan Coast unforgettable.

If you are looking for a holiday that allows you to wear swimsuit and flip-flops throughout your stay... you have chosen the ideal place!

And you can also forget about driving, the sea is just a stone's throw away!

The apartments of the villa are two-room apartments, therefore consisting of a living room-kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom. Each apartment has a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs. The park of holm oaks that surrounds the villa is shared and is furnished with barbecue, hammocks and games for children.
